Parliamentarians and Young Women speaking on why the Women's Quota should be extended.

In a bid to enhance participation of young women in political spheres, young women from different provinces of Zimbabwe to include Mashonaland Central, Matebeleland, Midlands, Mashonaland,Manicaland and Harare are calling for the extension of the women’s Quota which was introduced by the Constitution of Zimbabwe in 2013. In this video we see Parliamentarians (Honorable Priscilla Misihairambwi Mushonga, Hon Lucia Matibenga, Hon Lindiwe Maphosa and Hon Brightness Mangora) at a conference facilitated by Institute for Young Women Development (IYWD) explaining how and why the Women's Quota should be extended for gender parity in politics.
