A tipp: If you freeze the cakes before dipping into the chocolate, the cake doesn't soak up as much of the chocolate and therefore it gives you an more even coating! Also there won't be as much crumbs AND it sets a bit quicker and is not likely to fall apart while working with it.

Made these with 2" cutting ring. I sliced the sheet cake round in half and added cream filling to the top of the bottom half. These are amazing! Thank You.

I have only now at the age of 31 discovered the joys of a zebra cake. They now come rolled up like Swiss cake rolls, which are my favorite. I was moved to try one and I have no regrets :)
