HP 2000 Laptop RAM & SSD Upgrade (How to replace hard drive, memory)

Hello Youtube, here we brought an old... very old laptop. It is the HP 2000!!! with AMD E Processor, 4GB DDR3 RAM, and 500GB old style hard drive. The result is horrible performance. We had to something to make it faster, and we decided to upgrade the memory to 6GB and replace the existing hard drive to a 500GB solid state drive. Spent about $100 bucks, but the speed is so much faster than before. Let's find out how to upgrade RAM and SSD on HP 2000 laptop!

I wish every laptop was this easy to replace the memory/hard drive. My HP Pavilion has about 25 screws plus extra fiddling around. This one only has 3 screws and no fiddling!

I am looking foward to upgrade my laptop the same way you just did, I have exactly this HP 2000 laptop, as you mentioned and know it is very slow, so how much better did it actually get??? Can you make a video running some apps specially navigating the youtube website, where it gets really slow to see how the laptop behaves??

4gb Ram is fine the hard drive and cpu is why it was so slow. I have the same laptop.

Good day, can you help me regarding upgrading the RAM from 2GB I add an additional 4 GB to make it 6GB but after checking the usable RAM was still 1.6 GB and tried to watch some videos on how to go to advanced setting on bios. Same Laptop HP 2000 AMD E. Tried the trick key of "A" and FN+TAB tries, but still advanced settings doesn't appear.

I tried to put 4gb of ram, thus having a total of 8GB, but when I turn it on, it turns off after 3-5 seconds, the fan stops spinning, but the lights such as the power button and the block mayus, remain on
