We were stuck in traffic for 2 hours on PCH because of this crash. Yet intersection appears to be entirely clear of debris and injured were airlifted hours before. Lots of police cars and police: all seemed to be standing around not doing much of anything. I've been stuck on freeways with major accidents with fatalities which cleared up faster than this!

I feel bad for anyone who can't avoid the PCH on a daily basis because you're very likely to die there
