The audio stream in YouTube 720p is AAC 192kbps, so you could theoretically get like 220kbps mp3 audio from it, but it wouldn't sound any better. Once something is compressed you can't accurately "uncompress" it.

It might be just 192kbps, but that audio is very efficiently compressed. When you convert the direct audio stream to LAME MP3, the difference between 192kbps and 320kbps is quite noticeable, seeing as the audio is re-processed.

I think the more high-tech the title sounds or the longer the title is, the better the song seems to be.

That's what we're talking about, YouTube to mp3 conversion. Though it is debatable about how audible the difference is between 128 and 320 kbps audio.

That doesn't work given that YouTube's maximum audio bitrate is 192kbps. You can't make kilobytes come out of nowhere.
