There's a very good reason btw why people think men are less victims: Because no one takes men seriously WHEN they are the victim, police laugh at them until they get found dead killed by the abusive wives, sexual harassment is not taking seriously and also rape. Men are victims too and people like these Vtubers prove time and time again why no one thinks that.

I male, was victimized sexually by another male. Though I also have been victimized mentally by women for my entire life. I'm never going to escape the torment, and I get told to my face that what happened to me doesn't matter because I'm a man. It's not about the sex/gender of the person. Stop clowning. Men deserve to be heard. They can be victims too!

Abuse by women is much less likely to be reported, talked about, or taken seriously. That's why there seems to be such a drastic difference. These toxic views are why my mom was able to get away with abusing me, my siblings, and my father for so long. Due to the views of, "Women would never harm a child.", "Women aren't violent.", "You probably did something the deserve it", "You're a man, there's no way she could ACTUALLY hurt you. Suck it up and be a man." Men are actively silenced by telling them they're weak for not wanting to be abused, and child victims are overlooked because barely anyone believes a woman would harm a child.

Also, I've experienced a toxic relationship myself. Her behavior and abuse was always swept under the rug and never taken seriously. But the second I argue back and verbally defend myself, I'm immediately labeled as a horrible abusive man by her and her friends until I calm down, fall in line, and behave by letting her abuse go unchecked, not complaining about the abuse, and let her walk all over me again...

Just a thought, but I find it funny how the language used to justify hatred against men sounds the exact same as the language used to justify hating black people. "90% of the time it's men causing these problems", "90% it's black people doing the crimes" the language is not that different from one another. Same kind of hate, just directed at another group.

arguing hypocrisy with people like this is pointless, they think their side represents good and your side evil. So they feel justified no matter if their stances are contradictory.

As a male, I've experienced stuff like this many times, even at points with my family (being mostly made up of women). When I open up about my mental health with them, the only one who actually takes action to help me is my dad and my many sisters and mother hear it and then just ignore it. That isn't even the worst of it. When people say school is hell, well, it was worse than that. As soon as I hit 12, rumours that, as a woman, you could easily brush off, people forget about that after a week. As a man, you are shunned for the rest of your entire teen years because someone decided "He looks rape-y, I think he's a rapist." We can try to matter all we want but in thd end, their will never be equality for us.

I'm actually very touched atm. All you amazing men and women who embrace equality should be tremendously proud. I've been bullied my whole life for just being a guy and lost 2 of my best friends as they spammed me with that Not all Ticks image. When I tried to even defend myself they said if I feel hurt its because I'm one of the 'bad ones'.
