I don't really know what this is, it seems to acknowledge the spirit in us connected to everything else. I get a calm blissful feeling listening to it. I hope I'm sending this beautiful feeling back to where it came from, it wish I could share it. Also, some kind of energetic feeling in and above my knees. I have no idea why. यहाँ 'पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते' को यों समझा जाता है कि अनन्त से अनन्त घटाने पर भी अनन्त ही शेष रहता है।

It is a ancient chant which is especially used in yoga these days and the sanskrit meaning of it is... Ur not complete with ur self in this world or u are not complete with whether u think uh are in to in this world, so now i would like to know about my innerself by surrounding myself to uh lord through this medication and chant.
