➡️ 97th Constitutional Amendment :- added " Cooperative Society " in article 19(1)(C) and in DPSP new article 43 (B) was added regarding the promotion of " Cooperative Societies "
➡️ According to Article 71 of the Ninety-First Amendment Act, 2003, the number of Ministers, including the Prime Minister, in the Council of Ministers cannot exceed 15% of the total strength of the Lok Sabha.

1️⃣ 97th ammendment 2011 of Indian Constitution introduced the right to form cooperative societies as a fundamental right under article 19. It also introduced a new DPSP as per Article 43B emphasizing the states roles to promote cooperative societies.
2️⃣ According to Article 71 of 91st constitutional ammendment act, 2003 the number of ministers including PM should not exceed the 15% of the total strength of Loksabha.

1. 97th CAA 2011 amended the Article 19 i.e. 19(1)(c), added the Article 43B and Part IXB (Article 243ZH to Article 243ZT)
