WSL Deadline Day: All eyes on Keira Walsh ahead of transfer window closing

The WSL transfer window closes at 11pm tonight - and there could still be a few big names on the move.

All eyes will be on Keira Walsh after Arsenal expressed their interest earlier in the window... despite Barcelona including the midfielder in their squad for tonight's game against Real Sociedad.

The Gunners have been linked with the England international this summer - who has one year left on her Barca contract - and have previous form for pursuing a big deadline day signing!

I’d love Liverpool to sign Walsh but that’s a pipe dream. Arsenal, City or Chelsea would probably get her. That is quite intriguing though as I imagine some players from those three teams would be available on loan / permanent move. Erin Cuthbert would be my first choice.
