Biden says expelling Tennessee lawmakers was 'shocking and undemocratic'

"Shocking and undemocratic" is how U.S. President Joe Biden described the expelling of two Tennessee lawmakers on Monday. Following their expulsion from the Tennessee legislature on April 9 for protesting gun violence and calling for gun control after Nashville's most recent school shooting, the now-reinstated lawmakers Justin Jones and Justin Pearson met with Biden and Vice-President Kamala Harris in the Oval Office.

People need to learn what a democratic republic actually is. In the last 5 years im beginning to believe that Canada should move in that direction. Less federal control of provincial policy.

Gun laws are needed even though the 2nd ammendment gives us the right to bear arms. But if we didn't have some sort of gun laws we would all be having huge problems with guns think about it we live in a time where school shootings happen and it's terrible but such things could of been avoided had there been stronger gun laws of some sorts.

Mr. Bidon has a very good heart some presidents don't care for cities only states and not even every state. So congrats on him speaking on the topic and asking to try to fix the mistakes and horrible laws that get pushed by Republicans.
