Even in 1897 women were just hanging around having fun. People act like the past is this perfect little portraiture and people had this strict social order, but the reality is that we were still humans just living our lives like today.

I remember when they turned on color! We didn't hear about it beforehand and were scared to death! One morning the sky was blue! We hid in the basement for two weeks before the milkman found us and told us what was going on! I think i liked the world better when everything was black and white.
