all the thrices saying “this proves jyp only cares about looks” or “this proves twice isn’t talented”... such a 2017 thing to say. i thought we’ve already been through this? bruh the number of talented idols who have passed auditions with mediocre skills and BECAME talented because their company knows how to properly hone their skills and max out their potential. it’s almost as if y’all didn’t know that the whole point of auditions is to see if you have the “star quality”. like seriously, why do you think companies street cast (literally people who just look pretty/handsome are approached) and are so hungry to grab these people and then train them under their care? because they have the potential to become a star... literally what’s the point of having auditions if you turn anyone away who’s mediocre and you’re not even gonna give them a chance? this is why jyp and other companies have monthly evaluations (if you don’t meet their expectations every month, then you’re out). since sana debuted, clearly she met their monthly expectations.
