Comcast has to work a lot on its Indian operations centre, this facility here in Chennai is located in a tech park called Chennai One, you have a garbage city right in front of this area and the entire place stinks like a hell, the elevator is a big pain regardless of any time, food is a big NO, Comcast doesn’t provide free food for Indian employees like other product based companies do, the facility is maintained horribly (saying this coz, I saw a cockroach crawling inside a owen in the cafeteria) post lunch the way they maintain used utensils is terrible too.
On top of that, it completely feels like working in a service based company, wouldn’t recommend much.
