I've had neurosurgery here twice. Once in 2010, and again in 2017. The only complaint I have is that the food is inedible. Outside of that, my experience here was wonderful. The staff took time with me, all my questions were answered, and Dr. Steinmetz and his staff were very nice. I like it. It's a good hospital, IMO.

Worst hospital ever. They ruined my life. I was misdiagnosed and went in for c5-c6 fusion. The surgeon ignored me immediately after. I I was in so much pain and not feeling good that it turned out. I had a bad infection in my throat at the surgical site. After a month of infusions, I went to another hospital where they revisited my surgery and found that the hardware was placed incorrectly, and I was missing the cage. My every day quality of life is terrible and I had to leave my job. I am financially ruined and my quality life is beyond horrible. Most days I prayed to not wake up the next. Do your research and always get a second opinion.

I have had the worst experience in my entire life with Cleveland. Bed management are the worst international office are lost they didn’t know what they are doing my advice for all international patient don’t even think to come here . Regardless how good the doctor. Post care is worst if you have to move from room to room good luck with that and if some one have higher rank or race that mean u are poorly can get your bed . International patients die at your home better than your lost your dignity on this hospital.
