Not sure why you feel the need to pre-freeze everything. I know you have the older medium dryer and your trays are smaller than the large dryer trays. I do whole milk - 5 quarts at a time. (large dryer) I simply pour a quart into the tray (tray in the machine) and let the machine freeze it. I pass the dry milk through my food processor to powder it then seal in Mylar with an O2 absorber. I don't have the freezer space to pre-freeze my liquids. I do some frozen vegetables some times but that's about all the pre-frozen stuff I do.

Thank you for your videos. I truly appreciate them. I was wondering where you got your smaller pans from that you put your pre-frozen food in? I’m assuming maybe like Walmart?
