Please, I need help! Is it possible to use Mahalanobis distances for cluster analysis in Statgraphics? I copied Mahalanobis distances (for 21 plant populations) from another statistical software (because I did not find the way to calculate them in Statgraphics), and I made cluster in Statgraphics. However, the result slightly differ from the same analysis done in another software (although I used the same methods for clustering: Squared Euclidean, group average). I wonder why? Thank you in advance.

Also - Is it possible to calculate Euclidean or Mahalanobis distances in Statgraphics, and how? Thank you!
