4:27 mormors køkken actually translates to grandmas kitchen. also, the pies arent really considered pies here in denmark since theyre not baked with the filling, theyre called tarteletter. the things you tried were all really classic danish dishes i grew up with so im glad you enjoyed it.

A cheat way to make the meatballs in curry sauce, the large uncooked sausage in the store you can use the in side meat and spice mix to make fast meatballs.

i used to take a bus to copenhagen from sønderborg and i find it extremely uncomfortable, i take trains instead, they have terrible seats, and the trains are super outdated, but at least it's quicker
but it will never be as bad as me going from flensburg all the way to prague (also changing bus at night in berlin
