Happened to me today. I got Huntress Sivir ages ago, but when I picked it in ARAM today, it showed up as if I had just acquired it.

Happens to me too, after every Aram game the skin you used appears in aquired even if you already had it before. But indeed it seems like if someone unlocks the skins for ur team in lobby and you don’t own the skin yet. It adds to your collection after the game. But disappears after a rellog.

This actually happened to me just last night. I used my Arcane Jayce skin for the very first time and it was listed as acquired in 2023. My friends and I found that pretty funny considering the Arcane event was ages ago.

This happened to me today. However Im 99% sure that I unlocked this skin by rerolling skinshards a couple of days ago. I rerolled into "Dragon Guardian Galio". In an ARAM game I played with the skin and after the game it gave me the notification that I unlocked the skin with todays date. I was confused since I didnt buy anything today. But in the skins tab it indeed showed may 7th as aquired date.
Update: Now in the skins tab it shows unlocked the april 24th (before it said may 7th). It even squeezed back in between the other skins I rerolled that day.

Yesterday what happened to me was I was playing an ARAM with Sentinel Graves that I own, got chest, got Sentinel Graves skin shard from that chest. Later same thing happened with SG Ezreal.

I actually got the bug where it said I had a new skin but it was indeed just a skin I already owned
Edit: Also it moved up like I have skins sorted by when I got them and now it says it's the newest one (altough it isn't)

happened to me too, got high noon yasuo 2 days ago and when I played him yesterday the client told me I unlocked it yesterday instead of 2 days ago

That happened to me today with a leblanc skin that I created on December 31 2022 and I had not used it until today, and now it appears to me as if I had gotten it today lol

I got a Spirit Blossom Yone chroma due to this bug, but it was gone when I returned after logging out. The bug fixed itself, I guess.

This happened to me some time ago as well. Got out of an aram game to see a legandary yasuo skin and a bard skin unlocked for free

Yup, I can confirm that ward skins or champion skins I unlocked months ago and never used (until I played ARAM or Ranked) got "unlocked" again in the Skins tab and put the date I used them, not the one when I actually unlocked them.

It happened to me twice yesterday. Skins I had but never used before appeared as unlocked again when I used them on Aram.

i also got a notification yesterday that a skin i know i own was suddenly "new" in my skins tab. when i checked in today it was back to where it used to be.

had this bug on multiple aram games, it only happens with skins ive had for ages but never used. when i use them after the game it shows i just got that skin when i recall getting them from chests 1-3 years ago

I know you read these comments, so I thought I'd bring it to your attention but none of the "rekindled an eternal set" challenges have been updating for months. I have rekindled 7 champions eternals since they fixed the 2023 seasonal eternals to not give you points and none of them have updated my progress.
