😢 I’m so tired of that “ I was scared “ defense it’s not believable. Reinstate the Death Penalty.

My son is friends with the victim and lives right down the road from the family in Machias. The shooting was cold murder and we don't believe his story. This is a good family and we can't believe this happened in the little community of Machias . The family was just trying to protect a family of deer crossing the road and the victim is NOT a violent family. No excuse for this and the shooter needs to be accountable.

Why did he run? Why did he lie to police about details when caught? He didn't even dump the handgun. It was still in his 22yo Lexus so he thought he would get away with it. I'll bet this isn't his first shooting. The sheriff has many witnesses so I expect he's going to the big house where all the corrections officers work.
