Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo shared his thoughts on the 2024 race Sunday, speaking at a church in Brooklyn one day after Vice President Kamala Harris was in Pittsfield, Mass. for a private fundraising event.
“I don’t know why it took us so long to settle on Vice President Kamala Haris,” the former governor said before the congregation at God’s Battalion of Prayer, also sharing his thoughts on former President Donald Trump and current President Joe Biden. “I worked with her as Attorney General. She is a star – U.S. Senator, serving Vice President, opens a whole new generation. So, we’re excited about that. But the election isn’t about them either. It is about you.”
