New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is holding a news conference Tuesday as the state continues to carefully reopen more businesses in New York City and prepares to return students to the classrooms while safeguarding against the coronavirus. New York has reported a Covid-19 infection rate below 1% for more than four weeks as it prepares for its schools, including the largest school district in the country, to return students to the classroom this fall.

Now if he didn't send the USS Comfort or spend $52M on a temporary hospital for NY's 79 patients, you might have an argument but since the Fed actually did back up NY & NYC, you might want to take a whole bunch of seats.
