CLT is a relatively new building material, created by gluing and pressing together large pieces of kiln-dried, solid wood. The product was first developed in Europe over two decades ago, and has slowly made its way to Canada and the United States over the last few years. A tall, wooden building created with cutting-edge technology raises a lot of questions, though.
