Signup user to ASP.NET Identity from Xamarin Forms

hi, could you explain to me what is the point of having almost same model for registering? We have RegisterBindingModel and RegisterViewModel, could you explain the difference what "model" and "viewmodel" is? can we implement it so that it can only have one register model?

Hi there, When I press the button first time it works however when I press to try to register again I'm getting an unhandled exception when doing this... It says "Cannot access a disposed object".
