PS i don't do keto...but props to you. Everyone should do what works for them!! I lost my weight doing calories and eating time modification along with exercise. Easy for me. I can use my calories as i see fit and eat tons of fruit and veggies. Water, water, water. Ya know! Anyway...proud of you.
