It's so great that you work and listen to your patients. I had braces as a kid. Then in my 20s I had 3 wisdom teeth come in (I don't have a 4th) and my teeth shifted. I ended up grinding/chipping my front 2 teeth which I have repeatedly bonded because they fit so tight. My left side has not a cross bite, but rather the top/bottom eeth fit in one another. In my late 30s I saw an orthodontist and got invisalign, which helped a good bit, but it seems like my jaw is skewed. My midline is off. My teeth are also a tad jagged and irregular. The color is also not all that bright. I tell my dentist and even back to the orthodontist that I hate my teeth and I just don't smile anymore. I'm not sure where to even turn to find a doctor and staff like you have - cutting edge, do most in-house, but you actually listen to and care about the patient. Being that I'm in the States (just outside Hershey, Pennsylvania), coming to you just isn't an option or else I would in a heartbeat. Just know that I've looked, and somebody like you is super rare. Though you can't help me (apparently nobody can), I'm glad that you are able to help so many people love their smiles, knowing the emotional pain of living with a crappy smile and little hope.
