Silver mines haven’t been producing because it has Not at all been worth it to run them due to a highly suppressed prices of the metal. Also there is not a lot of physical silver in existence... being that silver is a highly used commodity in manufacturing..once the big banks cannot continue to suppress the price anymore and they have been busted doing this many many times .
