Failure to provide ramp assistance for wheelchair user at London Bridge

I arrived at London Bridge and was stranded on the Thameslink train because staff had not been informed that I was coming and therefore did not bring a ramp.

Eventually a random member of the public alerted platform staff and a ramp was brought. They had no idea I was there, and as they admit in the video, no one told them I was coming.

This negligence by the train operating companies affects wheelchair users every day, causing stress, upset, anger, frustration and delay.

How difficult can it be to send a message from one station to another? The apathy and negligence of the train operators is breathtakingly awful.
