I'm unsure if broad appeal should be a criterion for high scores. I'd rather know if the software is great for a specific use case, not just because it appeals to everyone. Just my opinion. Keep up the great work, Dave. I'm a big fan.

Thank you for the video. I have a few questions. When you set up the program do you set up time intervals or does it automatically send them for you? Also do you have to have your computer on for the sending or during the sending period or is it done through a cloud? Also can you get very specific on your target people like can you do by state only? City only? Thank you

If people ask about your ratings, maybe you can show them how you rate.
If you have certain criteria like, user experience, design, price, ease of use etc. You can split them up into individual ratings that sum up a total.
