Simple, bluesy line, but many things worth to pay attention (more on the last part), specially on chord tones and more on passing notes. Lots of chromatism, presence of the 6th resolving on the 5th, another higly used chord tone. Try identifying each note and it's role on the chord notated. The key is C Major (using only the I and V):

C Major (no alterations)

C (C E G)
Dm (D F A)
Em (E G B)
F (F A C)
G (G B D) or G7 (G B D F) used in this case to add more tension into C
Am (A C E)
Bdim (B D F)
