Thanks, Mr. Stark! My common sense helped me answer this one correctly! I just did not think that a player was allowed to clean fluff from the ball marker. I think you would have to ask the referee to do that task, and he/she could say Nay.

Barry could you please also tell us about the changes in miss rule. While watching last WC I've noticed commentators mentioned miss is now called if number of points remaining equals to difference. Is this true? I never called that a miss before while playing

Barry could you also kindly clarify what penalty points would be awarded in following scenario.

Last 4 colours remain: brown, blue, pink and black
Free ball awarded after failing to hit brown
Black ball nominated as free ball
Black potted but cue ball goes on to then clip the blue and that's potted too
What penalty points will be awarded?

After watching some of the world's seniors and how low the scores were on some of the matches, I wonder how Barry would fare against some of these fellows.

cannot line up correctly, either my body turns right and butt is offline to left. and when my body is to turn to the left the butt is offline to right, i think it has to do with my right foot position. even while standing up my mates can see that i am offline.
i tried to face my shoulder towards the line of aim while standing up but it does not work.
