The Charles Manson sample makes sense in the world of cyberpunk & due to genre change & the progression of experimental music, cyberpunk could be used to show weirder parts of culture reflected in music that is considered unusual.
Death Grips is perfect for that especially with its mix of rap, industrial sound, & noisecore. Its music that let's out anger especially within the late stage capitalism of cyberpunk.
