The way pace is done it’s over top speed reached and times over 35-70-100m sprints of the players. Roughly the average man who’s not a footballer but in good athletic condition can run 100m around 14s which puts their FIFA pace between the 60-70 pace mark. The average woman of same athletic ability runs closer to 16s. Suggesting more of a 45 pace mark.

You take the fastest footballer recorded over 100m (Bale) at 10s flat, then you take a world class Olympic female sprinter is around 11.5 seconds. Then I’d guess the fastest female footballer wouldn’t exceed 80-82 pace.
