My brain honestly doesnt know how to feel right now. I'm not sure if this ending is haopy or not, but floating with no control in a place where no one can hear you scream seems a pretty accurate metaphor for growing up to me.

This song means so much to me. At their concert in Portland, I worked with a friend to create 400 unique, handmade signs that all said "THANK YOU" and handed them to fans at the venue. We all held them up during Turning Out, and seeing the band's reaction legitimately made me cry.

It made me realize that my one year relationship was extremely toxic and that I was confused about if it was true love or not.
