Thank you, madam. We use 0.2% 6-8 ml/hour for epidural and 8-10 ml/hour in TPVB.

very nice presentaion Dr hetal. Thoracic paravertebral block is a very good block for pain relief in chest injury. But I have a query that how will you position your pt for block because a isolated chest trauma or muliply injured pt would be in severe pain or can't give sitting position due to associated injury so its very diffcult to give the sitting position due to hypovolemia, unconsciousness or severe pain which is a luxuxy in doing TPVB.
please share your experiences?
