Here is the kick in the nuts. I started to do as she is doing. Funny enough after the third try I realized this was something I'd been doing since learning to write cursive back in the stone-age. Without thinking about it I started to twirl my pen and pencil in each hand.

Everyone learning these are easy. What you do is first practice doing each small segment, 1, 2, 3, 4. Do it at whatever pace even if its really slow. After a while of this try doing one spin and just keep trying. Do this for a while and youll get used to it.
