How much MrBeast was paid by airlines😱💰

MrBeast's team reached out to me late last year while they were planning a video called "$1 vs $500,000 Plane Ticket!". When I saw the email, I couldn't believe it. Jimmy is the KING of YouTube, and is without a doubt one of the most generous, kind people on the platform.

I hopped on a call to share my expertise with the team and was shocked when I realised that their biggest problem was getting permission to record onboard. "We're looking to book the entire cabin on some flights so we don't disturb other passengers, but the airlines still don't want us onboard". How crazy is that? They're offering to pay $10,000s and give the airlines free promotion, and they still didn't want it. This really goes to show just how little airlines understand marketing nowadays. Thankfully, MrBeast went ahead and made the video anyway, getting over 130 million views😱

Airlines respect their upper tier class passengers much more than Mr. B's audience base.

The airlines are neither villains nor geniuses. The pushback is from the marketing ppl who see the future, and they aren’t in it.

internationally established airlines that have been around for decades don’t need the free promo….

The reason they didn't want Mr Beast is the same reason they don't advertise Rolls Royce on TV.

Singapore Airlines takes their image extremely seriously.

Flight attendants aren’t even allowed to post personal photographs of themselves in their uniforms.

His primary audience is sub 25 year olds. That’s a pretty good explanation for why they didn’t want him doing it.

Airlines got paid, free promo, and showed that they care more about their high end clients, then a YouTuber.

It shouldn’t be expected that business need to pay influencers for using their product or service unless they are the ones that seek them out for a service they will provide.

It’s useless to them.. majority of his followers /(most average Americans) would rely savings or credit cards just for an economy ticket to go on holiday/vacation… Not booking a 10k seat on a transatlantic flight… 😕

Singapore Airlines does not need Mr. Beast lol

Hey, at least he's not one of these influencers that expects to get everything for free. Unless they come to you, you should expect to pay. Which I'm sure he did expect to pay. That's why I like him, he doesn't act like a big deal, he just does his thing and helps a lot of people doing it.

A true luxury brand doesn’t need to advertise itself.

The airline makes more money in a single day than they could ever make from mrbeast promoting them lol
