Evoland is a journey through the history of action/adventure gaming, allowing you to unlock new technologies, gameplay systems and graphics upgrades as you progress through the game. Inspired by cult series like Zelda and Final Fantasy, Evoland will take you from monochrome to full 3D graphics and from active time battles to real time boss fights, all with plenty of humor and references to many classic games.

I'm pissed that I heard that it's so short but I love the concept. Ima buy it just to support them so they can hopefully make a longer game next time

The concept is great, the Beginning really surprised me. The way it was a black and white 2D rpg to suddenly a 3D rpg it was nice

I enjoyed the game when it was first released for LD24... I didn't expect an update ! Keep up the good work !

Okay, so, the reason why this game is great... I'm gonna tell ya right here. First female character you meet is named Kaeris and looks pretty dang similar to Aeris. Second, your main character's default name is Clink, which is a name I used back in 1999 in several interactive stories explicitly because it was a combination of Cloud and Link.

Sure, sure, there are other good things about it. But those are the two main selling points my friend: Kaeris and Clink.

why aren't there more 2d games like this!
Also, if there was a longer version of this game it would be unstoppable. Here's hoping for the future!
