Automatic Capping Machine - Chuck Capper

The automatic chuck capping machine manufactured by Liquid Packaging Solutions can use one or multiple capping heads to allow for continuous chuck capping on an automated, inline packaging system.

The chuck capping machine will be aided by an automatic cap delivery system, usually consisting of a cap elevator or a vibratory bowl. The cap delivery system presents caps to the open bottles or containers as they pass by a cap chute. Each bottle and cap combination is then presented to the capping head to be sealed.
