I love when traditional moms break their dinners up with a completely out there dish. My traditional Asian mom loved to break out a homemade tomato sauce recipe and make a chicken parm she learned from her neighbor in Brooklyn when we mixed things up. Still to date one of the better chicken Parms I’ve had.

SEASONINGS FOR MEAT (copied from website): “chili powder, coriander, cumin, salt (adjust to taste), smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, and onion powder. I know it’s a lot of spices but that’s what makes this taco meat so flavorful!”

Edit: okay so I made this… y’all… just use a good taco seasoning from the packs at the store for the meat 😂😂
