I have wondershare9 on my Mac and when I try to screen record the video quality sucks and before I hit record I select the 60 FPS option but still is super blurry. So basically when I record the quality is really. Please help me

it is not one time payment i choose that option in january today i upgrade the program and ask me again to pay and choose between anual and one time payment again for use the program after the upgrade :(((

Part way through there was a commercial and when I clicked out of that annoying commercial the video started up but I have no idea where it was in relation to where it left off. So basically this video was of no help to me as a beginner tutorial.
