So Wiccan is just Billy Maximoff's superhero name, similar to how the Scarlet Witch is Wanda's superhero name. In the comics, "Kaplan" is the surname of Billy's foster parents, who he grew up with, so he often uses "Kaplan" rather than "Maximoff" when trying to blend in.

It could definitely seem confusing if you haven't read the comics, but I'm sure it will make more sense on screen.

Wanda’s “M” crown is to symbolise her as a member of Magneto’s Beotherhood of mutants. She originally wore a headdress with the “M” which was modelled after Magneto’s helmet. That’s all.

The streamlined tiara version is just a simplified redesign of the headdress, and superficially resembles the horns of Chthon, creator of the Darkhold and source of Chaos magick.

Wiccan’s MCU crown is just flashy. His original headband is just a steel plate, and is bland and boring. So they wanted to give him something more compelling. By just giving him facsimile of Wanda’s crown, and to denote their connection.

They have the same magic., they warp realities and control and read minds. They are nexus beings capable of creating and changing possible futures. Wanda created her own world inside the hex while Billy created his own dimension.

There's a time in the comics that Billy doesn't agree to be seem as a magic user because his powers are not exactly magic, so wanda tells him: "rewriting the structure of the universe according to how much you believe you can... If that's not magic, what is?" Billy is one of the most powerful entities in the universe, his potential is limited by his own beliefs in himself

I think the whole point of involving Wanda and Teen (extremely possibly Billy) is to set up The Young Avengers. AAA is a VERY fun show and for the Agatha fans, definitely. But I don’t think this story is overshadowing Agatha’s at all, I think it’s beautifully incorporated and drives Agatha’s story even more.

Noticed how Wanda is chaos kinda like destruction and billy is creation hinting that he prob got his more heroic side from vision teens powers are limited to not cause destruction while Wanda’s aren’t plus teens powers aren’t entirely limited he has telekinesis so he can probably rank chunks out of reality and recreate them plus he could simply create an energy that. Warps stuff for him.
If he’s anything like Wanda then he barely has limits

Wiccan/Billy can and does change reality. If you finish the series, you'd see he does alter reality, which aligns with the comics

Yeah, I suspect they’re gonna drop the more complicated aspects like retro-reincarnation and “the souls are pieces of Mephisto.”

I’ve seen a lot of questions about “where did the souls come from” and I think the answer is going to be simple enough: love. Wanda created them out of love, they ran off and became their own people with ideas and personalities while within the hex, and even though their bodies were constructs from the Hex, their souls became real and therefore couldn’t be destroyed when the Hex was. No need for the souls to be created by a demon, or for them to be taken from someone else’s body. They were just real all along because they were actually people, not constructs of the Hex. Which is fully supported by WandaVision if you watch it closely.

I’m sure they’re just trying to make his origins much simpler than the comics. Something like the “souls” of Billy (and presumably Tommy) went Into other people. In Billy’s case probably when the kaplans were in an accident.

I feel like Billy’s crown lacks creativity bc in comics I thought Billy had a silver band around his head. And it looks to to similar to Wanda’s.

Billy Kaplan: the person Billy Maximoff’s soul/ghost went into when he was a born. Maximoff dies, his ghost barely haunts the earth, possess a newborn Kaplan, essentially becomes Kaplan.

Wiccan: his superhero name, nothing more nothing less. Shoutout to my girl Hawkeye for saving him from being Asgardian (a mouth full and rot with homophobic potential).

Its simple. A lot of us comics fans may make it seem hard, for unnecessary gatekeeping reasons and sometimes trying to tell more than they need too, but it’s really easy.
