Paint one hand in each shade before your final dress fitting...see how it looks! But you do you...pick whatever one you love! Can't go wrong either way!

I did a french manicure on my hands and do wish I had done a color but honestly, I don't think too much about it now :)

Another darker blue to consider - since you love the idea of the "something blue" and the fact that your bridesmaids will be in blue (not sure what shade) - would be the OPI Less is Norse! You said you were obsessed with the color AND you got engaged while wearing it! I think that could be a cute tie in to the two important dates. Unless you're wanting two separate colors to remember the dates by, of course. Just a thought! 💙

I feel like if you love dark nail polish than you should go with a dark nail polish. That being said, I would consider picking a different dark nail polish than the two you mentioned. It sounds like you have used that black before for other special occasions and the purple I assume you have also worn for special occasions since it is your favorite. I would recommend choosing a dark polish that you can just associate with your wedding day, rather than wearing it again and thinking of many different things. Similar to picking a special perfume just for your wedding day. Hope this helps!

i think it's cool you're choosing a darker color, if it's more representative of you, and like you said, i think they're classic and you won't regret it. it's not like a bright lime green lol. i like the black onyx and hello kitty pink colors the best :)

I have an extensive nail polish collection, about 500 bottles at this point and I am getting married on May 26 2018 so I know the struggle of picking which ones to wear. I have chosen Chasing a Unicorn from Colors by Llarowe as my manicure and I Believe in Manicures by OPI for my pedicure on my wedding day!! Good luck choosing!

Girl - you wear exactly what you want to wear, not what other brides do. You won't ever regret that decision. Your taste may change over the years but you will always look back at pictures and be happy with your choice! I am a long time follower and am very happy for you! I wore funny bunny on my wedding day. I loved it. It was the perfect mix of classic and modern color. 3 coats because I wanted it opaque and I did gel nail polish to make sure I had no chips. My recommendation for you is your all time favorite. It’s so different yet it’s you and your personality. Can’t wait to see more wedding videos!
