There was nothing wrong with the HP models. Embracing logical modern design improvements (carved body on the player’s side, enhanced carved neck for easier access to high notes, coils split capabilities, stunning colours, weight relief, better tuners, etc). People are just moaners. Their main problem was certainly their price. By hearing those prices in dollars, it seems that the new Gibsons might be £100-£200 this year.
