I went there on a late night when it was empty. It may have been Sunday. Around 10 till midnight and there was a guy that walked upstairs to the overlook and he was wearing a tuxedo and smoking a cigar and was talking about buying whatever restaurant was up there. He said money was no object and he didn't have to worry about that. To this day I wonder who it was and if he was a celebrity or something. It was just me and him up there looking around.
