Inside The $75 Million Dassault Falcon 10x Private Jet

Excellent speed and luxurious features combined with the sheer size and infinite layout possibilities, the Dassault Falcon 10X combines comfort and style elegantly. Meet the gigantic Falcon 10X with the next-generation military technology.

In this video, we will take a look at what the 10X packs inside and the impressive features that make this jet dominate the entire market when it comes to private jets.

The 10X will provide a level of versatility, technology, comfort and luxuriousness unmatched by any other business jet. With an expanded cabin comfort and space, the Falcon 10X is six feet eight inches in height and nine feet and one inch in width, making it almost eight inches wider than the private business jets in this category and the largest one ever created. The CEO of Dassault Aviation, Eric Trappier, calls it “the new benchmark in business aviation”.

The specialty of the Falcon 10X is that it provides a comfortable experience during both long and short-duration flights. It has extended safety features and top-tier luxuriousness.

Due to the increased complaints of jet lag in private jets, Dassault has committed to eliminating jet lag on long-range flights. All thanks to the new stand-out cabin. Let’s talk about the interior in detail as there are many exciting features.

The 10X is not your average-performing business jet in the market. It will be the most exquisite jet available in the long-distance category. As discussed, the 10X is packed with the most spacious and comfortable cabin available in the market and offers more flexibility and customization than the competitor aircrafts in its class.

The cabin can be divided into many blocks according to the owner’s preference and is large enough to accommodate four large cabin zones of equal length. The dining area can be used for enjoying expensive meals on the go. A conference area can be used for meetings with business partners. And if you want to relax, Falcon 10X features a leather sofa and a wide-screen television. In short, a perfect place for relaxation. This best-in-class interior has a bedroom located in the rear of the jet, a sitting area, and a bathroom with basic amenities like a shower.

The engineers designed the jet so that the most amount of natural light can come in. There is a total of 38 extra-large windows in the Dassault Falcon 10X. These windows are 50% larger than those on the Falcon 8X and allow the natural light to reach every corner of the cabin.

The air purification system inside the cabin is the same used in ICU’s, and guarantees 100% pure air. The question is not what you can do with all the interior luxuriousness; the question is what you can’t do.

Just another feature which most private business jets do not to provide in this category is in-flight connectivity. Falcon Connect is an all-in-one entertainment feature. There are loads of apps and services to choose from. This feature not only provides a 4G/5G connectivity to connect your phone to the internet easily while enjoying the flight, but it also helps you to connect to the Falcon 10X’s Wi-Fi.

Additional features include Inmarsat, Data Link, L-band, Iridium Classic, and Jet ConneX Ka-Band, meaning that the owner or the passengers will be able to control the cabin’s temperature, control music, play movies and control the lights in the cabin according to the time of the day.

The Dassault Falcon 10X has a design that is unique from its competitors like Gulfstream and Bombardier. It has a 110-foot-long body and a 110-foot-wide carbon fiber-made wing, which is the first of its kind. The Falcon 10X is exclusively known for its innovation.

We know that not all runways are built the same. All of them differ in size and dimensions. A runway built in an urban area, preferably in the city, is usually large. Meanwhile a runway built in the mountains is smaller. Because of this, the 10X was created so that it only requires a small runway of 2500 feet to take off.

All thanks to the carbon fiber wing design, which helps significantly in reducing the weight, minimizing the drag, and maximizing the speed. The Falcon X is designed for peak performance and stability, which means the wings are equipped with retractable high-lift technology.

When it comes to the engine, the Falcon 10X is equipped with two Rolls Royce Pearl 10X, which deliver approximately 18,000 pounds of thrust. These engines are clean and efficient. The Dassault Falcon 10X is priced at approximately 75 Million USD and is set to launch in 2025.

It will not take off in 2500 feet, it will LAND in 2500 feet, but if you land on a 2500 ft airstrip you will not be taking off.

The range isn't 18, 631 nm. That's wrong. It's actual range is 7, 500 nautical miles, which is still impressive.

I wonder who did the motion rendering of the aircraft for this video? Can anyone tell me?

Dassault should revive their now defunct narrow body jet airliner project . . . the Dassault Mercure from 1964, an aircraft worthy of it's creation . . . but for some reason it just didn't sell, infact it's only customer Air France who operated the Mercure from 1969 - 1990 . . . Dassault could repeat history once again with a new narrow body jet . . . call it the Mercure II if you will . . .

I wonder why they changed the design of the nose so drastically, compared to the typical nose of previous Falcon jets?

Very beautiful aircraft, a lot of features I like I really like the single throttle I think that's pretty cool. But I'm gonna have to say that jets gonna come in 3rd place as for me number one is the bombardier global express, number 2 will be the Gulfstream series aircrafts and this aircraft will be number 3 but they're all beautiful I'm sure they will sell very well.

I would take this one over the G 750. It's bigger and offers more than the G 750.

They can't meet the overly aggressive 2025 delivery date with testing still ahead and no plane is even available yet.

Only reason to get a Falcon is for their famous trijet design. They just gave up their key niche demographic and customer base with this project by taking on Bombardier and Gulfstream at their own game. If I had anything close to this kind of money I'll take the 8x and hold on to the balance lol.
