People Who Died on the Titanic

remake of my original video. remake of my old video. i've included more photos, and stories about the people. the photos do move along quickly but you can pause it to read. remember that this is a video dedicated to all those lost on that tragic night. this took a long time to make so i hope everyone likes this version.
i also tried to keep families and groups together. like fathers and sons or entire families, the band members, and the crew members.

please STOP CURSING in the comments of this video. I don't understand why I read over the comments and find viewers arguing at each other like children. it's terribly disrespectful to the victims. everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but the cursing needs to stop

The saddest story of the Titanic, to me, is Margaret Rice. She was a widow of 6 children, who lost one as a toddler after his choking on a pacifier. Her husband had been crushed by an engine at his job with Great Northern tracks. She grew up a few short decades after the potato famine in Ireland. She was last seen holding her youngest in her arms while the other 4 boys held onto her skirt as the ship went down. She apparently had no one to offer her escape on the lifeboats.

So many lived in tragedy in those days, ending the most tragically of all.

I love the fact that most of these men died as gentlemen. They escorted their wives/children/female friends/etc etc to the lifeboats, and made sure they were safe before worrying about themselves. Good job, fellas.

My great great grandmother, Catherine Jane Wallis died on the Titanic. A matron of 3rd class, tried to reroute steerage passengers above deck. Her husband committed suicide the previous year and their 4 children were orphaned. She was supposed to work on Atlantis but took the job on Titanic in hopes of making enough money to pay for the family's immigration to Canada. She was subsequently locked down below decks with her passengers trying to save some souls aboard the devastated ship. Her remains were never recovered. May all of souls lost amidst this tragedy, rest in peace.

I can't imagine the horror of that cold night. Knowing your ships about to sink and not knowing if your going to get to a life boat. For Mr the hardest thing to think about is the babies and children. So many died scared and in pain. I really hope their souls are at peace.

The bravery and selflessness of these men who willingly died to save others, represent the very best of what it means to be human. True heroes. I would like to think people like that still exist.

people like Murdoch saved so many lives and Andrews who never saved himself they have shown what bravery means. Andrews saved 1 person by not stepping out of his cabin and jumping in a lifeboat. he gave orders to launch ships full as he saw a boat with 12 people after finally stepping out.Murdoch saved nearly 70 lives that night. May those who perished by regarded as heroes for the rest of all days
