One of the greatest Heavyweights in history destroying giants! Joe Louis was an American professional boxer who competed from 1934 to 1951. Nicknamed "the Brown Bomber", Louis is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential boxers of all time. Short non telegraphed punches just turn the hip and small pivot on the feet generated so much torque insane!

Scary that, even with a difference in size, the smaller Louis' power was noticeably more impactful.

If you handle yourself right, you can drop pretty much anyone

Bruh that’s still my guy! Look at it, it’s like Joe didn’t realize the guy was bigger. No back stepping. Forward pressure. Mix of pace and aggression

Louis not ironically having the best resume against "super heavyweights"

For two of his knockouts, Louis actually punched the mouthpieces of his opponents through their gum-shields! Dude hit like a Mac truck and I have no problem saying he is on par with Tyson in terms of punching power

Crazy how Louis would destroy fighters who were six four to six seven.Yet a five foot nine, 170 pound Billy Conn gave him fits for 13 rounds and was ahead on points before getting cocky and tried to slug it out with Joe.

The skill difference was immense between Joe and them

Some of the best fighters in heavy weight were smaller, Rocky Marciano was only around 188lbs. He was a wrecking ball in the ring. Smaller guys move better and faster then most of the big guys

Those bigger Fighters had 30lb to 50lb weight Advantage over Joe Louis and it’s why He should Considered the Most Powerful puncher in Heavyweight History!

Prime Joe decimates today's heavys with Modern Nutrition and Fitness methods. Just look what Usyk did to the Giants. Louis and Ali were in a class of their own, unfortunately they both fought on far too long due to the finances. What America did to Joe Louis, at times makes me ashamed to be an American.

The Brown Bomber is a legend to this day. A heavy hitter with skill, Joe Louis could drop just about anyone. My favorite was Joe's fight with Lee Savold .

Admittingly, Lee wasn't top tier competition. He was a GOOD boxer with a few notable wins but he was not a GREAT boxer. But Lee had a "World" Heavyweight championship belt that, at the time, was recognized by Europe and the U.K. Lee really thought just because Joe Louis struggled and lose a decision to the amazing Ezzard Charles, that Lee was gonna retire Joe Louis and get a match with Ezzard Charles to see which World Heavyweight Championship Belt would be recognized worldwide

And Joe Louis punished Lee Savold for it. Joe Louis destroyed the EBU "World" Heavyweight Championship, lol. The Battling Bartender got Bombed into a KO.
