Πεζοπορία στην Πάρνηθα. Από την μπάρα του δασικού που οδηγεί στο Φλαμπούρι, κατέβασμα στην πηγή Κορομηλιά κι από εκεί ανέβασμα στο καταφύγιο, μετά στάση στη σημαία στο Φλαμπουράκι και κατάβαση προς Θρακομακεδόνες και από εκεί πάλι ανάβαση στην πηγή και πίσω στην μπάρα. Συνολική διαδρομή 13,5 περίπου χιλιόμετρα και 650μ ανάβαση.
Hiking in Parnitha. From the forest bar that leads to Flampouri, descent to the Koromilia spring and from there ascent to the shelter, then stop at the flag in Flampouraki and descent to Thrakomakedones and from there again ascent to the spring and back to the bar. Total route about 13.5 km and 650m ascent.
