Looks like it would be a good hot coffee recipe as well. I’m making this for work tomorrow. I’m going to add egg yolk and blend it all up. Great work.

I don't like the taste of any protein powders but have found that if I make any kind of protein smoothie and let it sit in the fridge overnight, the protein powder flavor is not noticeable.

Awesome. But I'd start with a big cup of hot coffee. 1/2 cup low carb milk alternative, 1/2 cup heavy cream.
