I can see some people criticize BBK biryani. It needs to be kept in mind that marination(veg or nonveg) residing at bottom of pot and rice above it needs to be mixed properly before eating it. Only then real flavours of biryani will come.

Let me tell u the truth. They simply mix cooked rice and meat and then heat the pot. The juices are missing

The quality and taste of biryani is great, you just need to increase quantity a bit. The one biryani serving which is supposed to serve 2 people is less than required amount.

70-80 rs ka biryani khaate hain gareeb log like me. Is restron mein kadam nahi rakhne waale main to. 500 ki biryani Kaun khaega. Pet bharne se matlab hai mujhe to.
